I had massive internal bleeding, broken bones, torn ligaments/tendons, and dislocated joints from my car wreck a few years ago and most was from my seat belt restraining me. . . But I am still alive and walking around after hitting a tree going 110. If I didn't have my seat belt on I would have had a 0% chance of living. Wear your seat belts people!!

Seatbelts can cause damage, but I believe they protect you more than anything else. Well.. unless you want to go flying through the window.

My little sis was in an accident a few years ago and her seatbelt (she was fully clothed with a jacket) caused those types of "burns" on her.
