Did this to myself about a decade ago. Pissed off and distracted by an ongoing fight with the old lady while I was using a 5 lb slide hammer to remove impellers from the shaft of an industrial deep well water pump, hands slid down without me realizing on one swing, and both pinkies got caught between the slide hammer and face of the impeller on the next.
