Article said quoting the parents "she left the bath to answer the phone that was plugged in charging" This says all I need to hear, the dumb twat forgot that water & 110v don't mix well. On another note, Lipoly and Ion batterys are very safe due the fact they are zapped and charged to a safe storage voltage level then thoroughly tested befor they leave the assembly dept. Safety and qaulity control is a big concern regardless whom manufactures them, its the knock off charger cords that would cause the much bigger threat. Ive had a couple charger cords go bad over the years, one melted at the wall socket and the cord acted like a cannon fuse, luckily it was on the bench top with in my hobby room with nothing immediately close that was flamable. |
