Unusual to have any smoking-related issues at such a young age. And, by the sound of her voice, doesn’t appear to have been a heavy smoker, like 20-40 a day.

I quit 17 years ago after smoking 16 years...it was tough but you can do it...i watched my grandma die of emphysema...it was hard watching her struggle and basically sufficate...not good!
