Dominican Republic - Young Lady with Her Jaw + Neck Slashed Open
On the afternoon of 12th November 2020 in San Cristobal (Dominican Republic), D.C.R. was arrested for raping + hacking the jaw + neck of 17* year old R.M. 'D' saw 'R' walking along + offered to accompany her to her destination. She got on the back of his bike + instead of taking her where he had promised, he took her to a river. 'R' was raped by 'D', who then slashed at her jaw + neck with a machete. 'R', fearing that the next blow would end her life, decided to play dead. It worked, 'D' fled the scene. 'R' managed to get up + walk to get help. Thankfully, help was at hand + she was rushed to the hospital, where she's having surgery. 'R's ordeal had lasted from 7pm on the 11th - 4am the next morning. *some articles state her age as 20.

Wow that's a terrible wound. I would be so fucking scared feeling my neck gaping open like that. I doubt I could even handle it mentally...with every step I took looking for help I would be terrified that I was going to die or at the very least pass out  |
