Residents of the Los Limones community in Sabana Grande de Boyà captured and seriously wounded two men who were allegedly caught stealing.

The incident occurred at dawn on Tuesday, when the alleged criminals were discovered by the residents of the place, who inflicted machetes on the head, neck and other parts of the body to the detainees.The injured were identified by the police as M.Á.L.M. and F.S.S., from whom two watches, two chains, a wallet and a motor were seized.

Both captured have stab wounds, and one of them has a strong cut in the back to the front of the head, exposing the bone.

So far it is unknown where the alleged criminals come from

Los Limones is a community located in the Los Haitises National Park area, which makes it vulnerable to criminals.
