If this happened in the U.S., the dog would be euthanized in a heartbeat. That's what happens when dogs aren't trained or taken care of...or worse trained to be vicious...they really are just animals acting on instinct (unless they've got rabies or something like it). I wonder if the guy who got bit knew the dog?
