Dog Attacks Man in the Street
This is the shocking moment a dog being walked by its owner suddenly broke free and attacked a man he had started speaking to in the street. The horrific incident which was filmed by an onlooker took place on the streets of Yi Chang City, in central China's Hubei province. It is unclear what provoked the female dog into attacking but according to the owner the dog had recently come into season, and had been acting unpredictably. As the man was being savaged, the owner grabbed a stick and try to beat it away, but it then attacked him as well, forcing him to flee. The dog then returned to attacking the injured man lying on the ground. Passers-by then also grabbed sticks and tried to beat the dog away to help the man, but again without success. The victim's ordeal only ended when police arrived and shot the dog, injuring it without killing it. Officers then followed the trail of blood back to the man's house, where he allowed them inside to finish the dog off by firing a further three bullets at it. Police also shot a second dog that they also found at the property. Those who were injured were taken to hospital for treatment where medics said nobody's life was in danger, although the first person to be attacked had severe bite wounds and needed stitches. However he said he would be taking no action against his friend and would be settling the matter privately. |

You own an animal, don't be surprised when it does shit like this. Pretty sickening how long it took for people to help. But fear is a funny thing. And the guy just laying there on the ground taking it like that... bitch grab the fucker by the throat and hold it down. The only thing it can get you with is the teeth for fucks sake.

Must have heard he was going to be on the menu that night and said, "Fuck that." More seriously, most Asians have no fucking clue whatsoever about keeping pets. 3/4 of the ones I have had to deal with in regards to their dogs and cats miss the fucking obvious when it comes to their welfare and health. |

I've been attacked by a dog, and they are incredibly squirrely and strong once they go into fight-mode. I would definitely have grabbed that fucker by the throat if 1. I could get ahold of it, 2. It stayed still long enough for me to grab it, 3. If it wasn't so much stronger than I ever realized a dog could be. Being bit by a strong animal like this is terrifying. I'm still dealing with anxiety and flashbacks over it and it's been months. Granted, I didn't get it nearly as bad as dude in the video, but I can imagine his confusion, fear, pain, and inability to really do anything about it. I really wish I had by .22 in hand at the time, I would have shot it in the face.
