In all honesty, if you go by "what they say" and you want the internet truth without searching, your nails indicate Circulatory disease. Could be anything from Hypertension all the way to your building up towards the Big one in your 40's. Next time you see your DR', get a full CBC, Lipid Panel, and CRP. Good Luck!
