Re: Does Anyone Know About Nails?
Be skeptical about what you are told about nails. I remember about 15-20 years ago, someone saw a picture in a sporting magazine of some sports executive with his hand up in a crowd, and they said because of the shape of his fingers, he probably had some specific heart condition and could die at any time. Then it came out that it wasn't really HIS hand.....it was someone behind him in the crowd's hand. I don't know if they ever found out who it was, or if the guy really died from a heart condition. I know the sports guy they were first indicating is still around and kicking. I wish I could remember his name..... As long as my hands can hold a donut, I'm good. |

It wouldn't hurt to take some sublingual B12. Pernicious anemia is a B12 deficiency due to absorption problems. It comes with a lot of digestive issues. Digestive issues can cause other deficiencies as well. I think it's good you are paying attention.

Re: Does Anyone Know About Nails?
I know nails with ridges in them could be a sign of digestion issues. They are more than likely related if you are experiencing both. Do you put that acrylic -ish on your nails often? That can make your nails very brittle. Get it checked out....clip them before you go |
