MY GAUD!!!!! ive had abscessed teeth before, but, i never opened my mouth and LOOKED at it, i wonder if that was what it was like in there???!!!  i mean, my entire left side of my face was so badly swollen, i LITERALLY looked like the elephant man. i was actually unrecognizable. i couldnt even open my eye on that side, but, a shot of antibiotics, and a script to take at home, i was good as new in 3 days!!! i have seen pictures though, of people who lost half their bottom jaw due to a neglected tooth abscess. that shit can kill you! the infection can spread to the brain. this is why i think dental care should be free. or, at LEAST covered by medicaid for adults as well as children! when you have shit like this, its no longer just a dental problem, it is a MEDICAL problem!! not to mention,,,,,,OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!  |
