if i had one in an easy position to excise i would do this but i would dry the skin in hot sand first and use a razor blade, far quicker and neater. i'm a big fan of home surgery.  |

Same here I had a small one come up in the bend of my middle finger on my left hand. I didnt bother me at first, but soon got annoying. I chewed that sucker out like 3 times and it kept coming back. Finally it pissed me off and chewed out the root (bloody) and it hasnt ever came back.
