GEEEOUCH! I get so worried about one of my best friends, he's 61 and had diabetes since he was 16....I worry so much about this sort of thing happening to him....

When I read the title I was hoping for the run-of-the-mill maggot-infested juicy wound. The exposed tendons more than make up for that.  Wholeheartedly agree with ArKrazyzie...why the hell do people let things get to such a gross state?!? |

It's not that they let it get this bad, when you have diabetes this happens even with regular doctor visits. I have a friend that has diabetes and this happened to him with almost daily doctor visits.
