That could have been my mother in law. Diabetic, but too stupid and selfish and lazy to listen to the advice of lots of doctors. She eats like a pig, refuses to care for her feet, has had two heart attacks and one toe amputated already.

She has also had several other serious foot infections because she simply refuses to follow directions about keeping her feet covered, she goes in the harden with flip flops on, has her toe nails manicured, that shit where women cut down the side of the nails etc.

I've now banned the cantankerous old bitch from ever coming to our housy again!
