Diabetic Complications.
Diabetic foot ulcer with extremely poor peripheral circulation. Patient did not have any blood tests done in many years therefore had no insight to what his health conditions were. Also was not on any regular medications due to lack of past diagnoses & evidence of medical history.

Due to diabetic neuropathy many sufferers cannot feel their feet. My dad walked around with a drawing pin in his foot for two weeks.
