The reverse image search only brings up posts, but, on June 1, 2015, I found this with that photo. I have seen it before, too. Sangeeta Joshi originally shared: Pls share immediately if possible. I'm thankful to live in a country with modern technology and where abortion is legal. Many countries ban abortion even in cases like these where they know the baby is severely deformed and will not have any chance at survival

These are so intriguing. The strange thing is, my almost 7 year old was born with a serious birth defect yet I can look at these photos and not grimace.

The two headed babies name is Manar Mages from Egypt. Her parents went ahead with the surgery to remove her conjoined twins head. The head was capable of smiling and blinking but couldn't sustain life on its own.
