THis is eith Polio or spina biffada because the low body is not used the muscle atrophy(waste away) and that the upper body gets all the strength he is not deformed just has a disease Bless this child.  |

  AS A PERSON IN A WHEELCHAIR I take that highley offensive! All people in wheel chairs do not have bad legs. It may be nothing to do with there legs mine is nothing to do with my legs. I have a heart condition and have had a stroke! I am not disabled I am perfectley able the only diabilty in this word is other peoples veiws on people who are different.   |
