Not a blackhead, it's a cyst. You can tell from the consistency of the puss, which is actually just white blood cells. Oh, and to get rid of one of these you need to see a doctor. They make a shallow cut accross the top and then use tweezers to pull the entire puss sack out which is made of soft skin tissue. Rupturing, piercing, or squeezing it will most likely cause an infection.
