yes, there is no way to continue an ectopic pregnancy. if there is no abortion or natural miscarriage the mother will die.

How on Earth did it get to that stage in a fallopian tube?! An ex of mine had an ectopic and she was on her hands and knees after only a few weeks of gestation. This looks really developed. The poor woman must have been in agony.

This breaks my heart. Amazing how far along the baby developed to. I had an ectopic pregnancy but lost it around 7 weeks, so very early on compared to this baby.
