You are wrong. Every time you get paid N.I. deductions are made from your wage and more is taken from the tax you pay so it is not free you have just paid for it before you need it.

That is a mistake a lot of people make.

Lipomas are aren't dangerous, so usually doctors won't cut them out unless it's really severe. It has to be either several inches in diameter or causing physical discomfort or affecting your day to day life. Most doctors just tell you to live with it. I know this from experience, I had one on my back! It's since been surgically removed though, it was too awkward for me to do what this guy tried!
