Not a very good bedside manner.... Reminds me of the time I had a surgical procedure under local anasthetic (I was awake) and the surgeon says "this scalpel isnt sharp enough. Pass me a new one. Ahh... look at that! Oops, that was a bit too deep, swabs please nurse. SWABS NURSE!!!"   :
