I dont know what was worst, pulling out his eye with tweezers, or those dirty ass nails. He will lose his eye. (Not like he seems to mind)

In medical literature , there are reported cases about maniac patients who succeeded in self-enucleation. If this psycho got the tools and some knowledge, he could probably have done a significant damage to his eye... However, an endophthalmitis ( after these injections is possible, and the consequences shall make him real sorry !  |
