First one is Mycosis Fungoides...just the name is enough to make you shit your pants.
Next, the old favourite, Lupus Vulgaris.

Mycosis is a type of Cancer and can be fatal. Lupus is Tuberculosis of the skin and treatable.

Just goes to show that no matter what fiendish tortures humans devise, nature always has something up her sleeve that's worse.
