I can't see the difference between the before & after ...I would think the surgery would've straighten the spine more.

This might sound silly, but thank goodness the incision/scar is in line with her ass crack.

Don't the doctors have to make the correction in steps, like maybe the spine will be straightened more in future surgeries?
