Re: Cop Accidentally Shoots Herself In Hand
That would be rather difficult with most police issue, medium length barrel'd semi autos. Especially with small hands.. I can't think of a more fitting senario but to my eye the pic represents the exit side/ no tattooing etc..? She could maybe have been (incorrectly) performing a simple press check for a round in the pipe |

Re: Cop Accidentally Shoots Herself In Hand
Knowing what complete smart asses most police officers are...I can't imagine the shit she's gonna take for doing that. The jokes will be nonstop...for years and years. I had a friend who shot himself in the leg while on duty. That poor guy never stopped getting teased about that...even went on until he retired. People think coppers don't have good sences of humor...I can tell you first hand that practical jokes and teasing abound in that profession. This lady is never going to hear the end of this...even if she's permanently hurt, the jokes will go on and on. |

Re: Cop Accidentally Shoots Herself In Hand
i used to do that with mine when i was first handling my pistol. a llama 380 have a very strong recoil spring when still new and chambering a round is difficult for a newbie. i used to extend the pistol my full arms length and my left pulls the slide. (as opposed to the close to body chambering where the fists is facing its other in the process). in my previous way, thumb and fore finger almost enclosed the front most part of the muzzle whild the three other finger are along the slide. ( visualize my stupidity |
