If u notice babys shit long fat single turds because there colons are fresh and undirty as life goes on they get smaller jus u shit lots of small shit instead of long fat ones that means ur colon is getting dirty Scientific fact, not bullSHIT haha |

Your colon is not suppose to be completely clean. There are resident flora ('good' bacteria) that develop within the colon and act to prevent dangerous bacteria from developing there. These harmless bacteria compete with the more dangerous bacteria you ingest. If you flush out the good bacteria (which has been developing throughout your life), then you run the risk of bacterial infections that could be normally avoided.
