I don't think there is a possibility to sever a man's penis, put it on the arm, and then put it back grown 4 inches. I think that kind of surgery is years ahead of our own time.

Its not cut penis and paste on the arm, its....insert a plastic tube under the arm skin so the flesh grows over in a penis form. months later they cut the real short penis and cut the thing on the arm and paste on the place, coneting uretra blood vessels and all that.
