Clubbed Nails

Nail clubbing occurs when the tips of the fingers enlarge and the nails curve around the fingertips, usually over the course of years. Nail clubbing is sometimes the result of low oxygen in the blood and could be a sign of various types of lung disease.

Re: Clubbed Nails

My dad had something like this on one finger. It was slammed in the bed of a truck when he was really little, and while it didn't remove the fingertip, it didn't really grow as fast or as much as the rest of his fingers as he got older, and the nail did this. So one finger was like a young kids, and the rest were normal.

I honestly thought someone had hit the fingers with a club.

Human bodies are weird my sister broke her thumb when she was like 8 or 10 years old and it never grew again so today one of her thumbs is about 60% the size of her other thumb. The difference isn't so much that it stands out but when she puts them side by side it's very obvious
