I had a break from truck driving and worked for a undertaker, I used to put a needle and thread through the inside of the bottom lip, under the top lip through one nostril to the other then down inside the top lip again and tie the ends together and tuck the remaining thread inside the lips, sounds a long job but only takes a few seconds when you get used to it.
