the apex would be the spot between your eyebrows above your nose. the other points of the triangle extend slightly beyond the edges of your nose at your lipline. your brain is very close behind here and a rich supply of blood vessels/veins/capillaries connects the two. if you squeeze and it intrudes instead of extrudes, there is the slight possibility of bacteria gaining entrance to your brain via the blood vessels here.
