Clitoromegaly: Maxi Clitoris and Maxi Clit
Clitoromegaly is an enlarged clitoris caused by swelling of its erectile tissue that lasts a week or longer, rather than the temporary enlargement associated with arousal. It may be congenital or acquired. Causes include congenital adrenal hyperplasia, disorders of sex development, ovarian or adrenal androgen excess, anabolic steroid use, testosterone-gel contact, inflammation, cysts and tumors. Treatment depends on the cause. Hormone therapy may be used to reduce androgen levels, while clitoroplasty can reduce protrusion but carries risks including infection, bleeding and loss of sensation. Most cases are not dangerous. Surgery in children remains intensely debated, and clinical guidelines defer it in mild cases.  ·  · |

Ewww! Do you have any of the stills of Joanie Laurer, aka, Chyna? She either has a very long clitoris or what appears to be a small penis, but, not as big as these. It's pierced though. These are kind of creepy looking. They may be hermaphrodites. Imagine the surprise for the partner not expecting an extra bonus! |

sometimes, those testes are actually inside the body. some hermaphrodites have male genitalia but also have ovaries and even a womb. most are like the pictures in this thread. it's a pretty sad situation when you think about it.
