Here is an interesting one here:

Here is what happened. Basically the baby was wearing a booty that had a loose string in it. After move movement (& some twitching of baby's toes) the string somehow wrapped it self around the baby's toe. This was to the point of cutting circulation off. The mom had no idea this had happened until she was playing with baby's feet and she let out a winching scream. The booty had been on for 6 hours by then The string was wound so tight that mommie had to go to the emergency room to get it removed (picture to left was taken right after string was removed). Luckily the toe appears to be fine and baby has recovered fine (photo to right was taken a few days later).

Always check those booties thoroughly
