For those who are not in the know, Jake Owen is a relatively popular country singer-songwriter here in the US. He had a few hits like "Barefoot Blue Jean Night". A talented musician overall but if you're not into mainstream country music, he's probably not up your alley.

He lost a part of his right ring finger in a freak accident involving go-karts (LOL, talk about your "redneck fun"). This happened way back in 2013, however I don't believe this photo was posted here. He shared the photo online with his fans, so he didn't let the grisly mishap ruin his idea of fun.

Actually he hurt his finger in that accident and a day before the concert it started bleeding and the medical team saw it began to infect and they decided to amputate the top of the finger against his wish to amputate after the show. So i bet he posted this twitter shock pic as some sort of retalliation

If true, then that was a ballsy move. I respect Mr Owen even more now.
