This video shows the horrifying aftermath of a woman impaled on some spiked railings after falling from a building.

The woman is reported to have been cleaning the windows of the building when she fell and caught herself on the spikes which went through her HEAD and body.

And astonishingly as firefighters arrive to try and free her she still appears to be awake and totally lucid throughout, even talking as her rescuers come to her aid.

At one breathtaking moment one of the firefighters uses a terrifyingly large circular saw to severe the railing - but still leaves a foot or so sticking out of her head.

The woman was then bandaged and taken to hospital.

This woman is clearly part cat in that she used up 8 of her 9 lives that day.
