Yeah, but it says he has pain and limited function, too. Otherwise, yeah, people just need to leave others alone. Who says beauty needs to be a certain way? He would make a cool alien in a sci-fi (not derogatory!)

I question whether this is even possible. All mammals have 7 neck vertebrae (even giraffes). I'd like to see an X-ray.
