CHILD WARNING - 17 Year Old Girl Slashed Baby's Throat
On 31st January 2019 in Lomas De Zamora (Argentina), 17 year old V.Y. gave birth to a little girl. The birth took place in the bathroom of 'V's home. 'V' took a knife (I've also read that it was a pair of scissors)+ cut the cord, she also cut her newborn daughter's neck. Both 'V' + her baby were taken to the hospital. The baby, who is being tube-fed, was taken into surgery + survived. When locals found out what had happened, they threatened to burn 'V's home down. Investigations are now underway as to whether 'V' tried to murder her newborn baby or it was "completely accidental when trying to cut her umbilical cord" (!).

No man. That was done intentionally. Look at the other slice marks- looks like other attempts at slashing the neck. The mother got in real deep and thankfully not deep enough. Poor kid.
