wow, I always thought that gum would just build up in you're stomach lol Back to the kid, I feel really bad for him, that must be horrible, I hop e they can fix the problem or at least make it better. |

Gum won't stick to the walls of your intestines so it slides right out. You have to dig in your shit rolls to find it and make sure it made it out safely.

They could probably drain the fluid out of his abdomen, but unless they fixed what was causing the fluid build-up, it would just come back. People with end-stage liver failure can have pints of fluid drained every couple of days.
