glad to hear that not everybody thinks shes an attention-seeking whore. Just cause somebody posts cutting pics online, doesn't mean they just want attention. She might just be asking for help because shes depressed and doesn't want to keep cutting.

yeah true.. it's a lot of people that don't know how to get help. Or without hurting people they loves and so on ..

Ya, I know from personel experience. Im a cutter too, though not even close to as bad as this girl...but still if it is depression then I know how hard it is to get help for yourself. Right now my best friend is forcing me to get help and even though I know that I need it I still hate her for it...though being my best friend I obviously don't really hate, lol

Right now, I know plenty of people who cut or have cut before, and all of them have been depressions. Now I know some people DO like to see themselves bleed but for the majority it would be a depression of some kind.

That is quite understandable, but do they take pictures of their wounds ? If so then all they are after is sympathy because they are weak-minded or should be locked up. If they can do it to themselves, think what they are capable of doing to others within their depressive state. There is no argument.

ok lets put it this way, i am not depressed, yet i have cut a lot. i am not posting these pictures all over the place nor do i go out with short sleeved shirts. it's personal. though with various girl friends have i cut, or they cut me, or i cut them or they cut themselves. my arms have looked like these pictures many times. I have pictures yes, did i take them as a call for attention no. I know others who have cut, not out of a cry for attention either, and I have traded images with them.

different people cut for different reasons and it makes me laugh when i see people ranting about hating this behaviour and emos etc etc when they're clueless individuals who havent a clue themselves. sure this girl could have taken the pictures for attention, how ever she didn't post them here, guess she could have given them to chris and asked to post them here yet i doubt that.

some people punish themselves by cutting themselves... i personally think scars look amazing, especially the silvery see through ones, and how else would one get scars?

but there's nothing that looks as amazing as right after a blade has slide across the skin, to see the flesh slowly spread apart and the tiny valley of flesh slowly fills with a bit of blood, then little bubbles of blood form and run down the skin. it looks amazing.

there's an interest in this kind of blood play that runs far deeper than calls for help and physical pain being easier to deal with than emotional pain.... chick covered in black make up + blood + sex = a very happy me ;)
