I'd prefer an amputation over that sort of painful uncertainty.

Second and third degree burns. I would not want to be him.
I agree with Winvens....judging from the blistering on the thumb & hand it definitely looks like the aftermath of either 3rd or 4th degree burns.

Re: Changing the Dressing of a Nasty Looking Arm!

I'm wondering if it might be a chemical burn? Or a nasty extravasation from chemo or the like.

Should probably change the arm, too.

Looks like he was maybe electrocuted with those deep burns. Absolutely infected and the tissue is dying. Need to amputate ASAP or his ass will end up in the death thread. Poor dude is fucked either way

Re: Changing the Dressing of a Nasty Looking Arm!

I would have ordered them to amputate it if it was mine!
agree

treating that kind of damage is much painful and long process rather than having clean, smaller one, albeit losing a limb

Re: Changing the Dressing of a Nasty Looking Arm!

What the hell are they waiting for? If it was mine, i'dask the first South American to chop it off with a dull butterknife. Even that wouldn't be painful as much as this one

Re: Changing the Dressing of a Nasty Looking Arm!

Looks kinda like a burn, from the way his finger looked. Otherwise he got a bad batch of that krockodile heroine. Or whatever it's called

I thought it was a severe reaction to some venomous creature bite
