Chain Saw Kickback
This man, apparently an arborist, was injured when his chain saw (which lacked a chain brake) kicked back and hit his face while cutting tree limbs from the lift bucket on a cherry picker-style truck. In my time as a university grounds and property maintenance worker, I've seen some pretty nasty injuries, but nothing where the possible loss of an eye is involved.  · |

Another chainsaw-kickback, supposedly from New Zealand (it came from a government website from NZ), but I know next to nothing about it except that this person could easily have been decapitated or disemboweled if he hadn't been rescued when he was.
