Cement Burns
Cement Burns occur when skin comes into contact with wet cement. Although the dry cement is not harmful, added water increases the pH of the mixture and creates calcium hydroxide, which is responsible for burns to the skin alkaline.

looks like he was in deep concrete and the idiot didnt wear protection. moron i got burns on my hands before (im a builder) but never that bad |
