Cat Bite

Two months ago I got bitten by my cat. First it didn't look to bad but started to hurt later that day. The next morning the wound was inflamed and really painful so I went to the emergency room and they told me I had to have surgery to remove the infected tissue. It took a month for my skin to grow back.

I know! I've been told that cat bites are one of the worst. Their sharp teefs go in pretty deep and the wound closes so all the bacteria stays inside.

Yes! It was my own fault. She’s a little wild one and I tried to bring her inside when she didn’t want to go back in. She loves to play in the snow and gets crazy

Re: Cat Bite

What a cute kitty! This is why you always clean those bites with high-proof rubbing alcohol, then peroxide, then soap and water. then put anti-bac cream on it before covering the wound with a band-aid or gauze! (I've worked with cats in shelters and the like, sooo yeah. That's what we did >>)
