Castration and Penile Amputation
Castration, also called bilateral orchiectomy, is the surgical removal of both testicles. It reduces testosterone production and is used to treat metastatic prostate cancer as an alternative to lifelong drug therapy. Several surgical techniques are used, including removal of the whole testicle and spermatic cord or an approach that preserves the epididymis. Penile amputation is removal of the penis, a different procedure from castration. Replantation involves surgically reattaching the amputated penis. |

Re: Castration and Penile Amputation
Stupid idiot!!! When doing a transgender surgery, they're SUPPOSED to use the cock and scrotal skin and nerves to make a pussy! Oh wait a minute....I just looked again at the pics...they are not in order. And if you look at the pic with him standing over a toilet you can plainly see he has a cockhead and scrotum above the stump. This leads me to believe he had 2 cocks---a birth defect, and had one removed, maybe. Whatever the case, this is a dude with nice titties. |
