I'm going to say its an animal's tongue because you can see his teeth holding the "base" down as he pulls, and it doesn't appear to tear at the end. It looks like the whole piece just pulls out to me. For these reasons, I call bullshit.

I don't think it is really a question of if it is fake or not. I think the whole purpose was to make a person squirm like they have a gerbil up their ass from the THOUGHT of "what if this is real....FUCCCCKKKKK". Consequently, desired results were definitely achieved.  |
