This is a acquaintance of a friend who unbelievably posted these pics on FB... but I do know its definitely thyroid cancer removal but IDK to what extent - what stage they were at etc. The guy is in his late 20s and him having cancer was a surprise and recent discovery - the surgery was planned/executed quickly.
