Looks real - probably some picture for a body modification thing - he wouldn't have the blow-torch there all the time of course, that would be a fire risk.  |

Looks pretty real to me. Nutter! Why the hell would you stick a blow torch through your dick!. I STILL want to see someone do some of this body modification for real though, I mean, right there in front of me. Just so that I can really believe they are that stupid.
