Calluses from Bunion, Tailors Bunion S and Fat -pad Atrophy
The Taylor's bunion is the most troublesome. Been using the orthopedic inserts for a few years now. But still gets so painful I hurt from there to my ass . I get where I gotta stretch, massage feet and legs so I can walk.

I had very similar bunions, then I stopped wearing shoes and they went away. Hooray for the humble flip flops.

Wow, looks very painful. Did you have to be on your feet a lot? I used to have heel spurs, had to wear orthotics, and get shots directly into the bottom of the heel and fascia. Gawd, that was agony! Finally got rid of them after a year or so.

These can be pretty painful. Have you ever used mole skin? I have one on my big toe and the stuff works great. It's sticks to your skin. It really helps.

I take a disposable razor apart to get the blade. they are extremely sharp! I then use it to cut these off my feet until I see pink healthy skin. my wife has similar and she asks me to do the same for her regularly. takes away all the pain caused by the excess hardened skin. as for areas where a corn forms I basically carve the little fuckers out. they come back but I'd rather maintain once every 2 months then to cripple around on the fucking things.

Ditch the razor blade and get yourself a foot rasp. Works great! It’s most effective after taking shower when your skin is soft. ![]() |

Yup, I 2nd the foot rasp, then after you have used the rasp to get the hardened skin off use a pumice stone to make your whole foot feel just like a baby's soft skin after you use either baby lotion or one of your favorites. :)

Yeah on my feet quite a bit. Doc gave me some kind of pads to place in the tailors bunion spot. I use the blades from box cutters to trim skin off. One thing I have just started to try for the tailors is toe spacing to re-aligne that joint. Only been doing it a few days now but it does seem to make a difference. Started out with tp to space them n now using sponge material. Gonna try other material like sand or water in a balloon to space and later on something more aesthetic. |
