Bus Passenger with a Nasty Leg Break
after he got off the bus when he thought the bus would stop but it didn't so he suffered a misstep and broke his leg/ankle.

i know a woman that stepped from a sidewalk curb only 4 inch high and broke her ankle in multiple places and does office work now as walking still going difficult so height not really matters but more about the landing ;
