In Britain you can go to jail for speaking out about this crap but if it happens to you nothing will be done to the perps. In politics these tactics are known as "Selective Repression". The tools of selective repression can be used in a wide variety of tactics and goals. In this case it appears to be a deliberate ploy to change the racial and social demographics of a region.
These tactics are being used with great effectiveness around the world by many corrupt governments in a bid to achieve their goals.
Notice in Mexico:

What is it you are saying - That the bullies were immigrants?

Were Bethany's attackers immigrants? Or were they native British?
