these bullies are lowlives . but i speak from personal experience that people like this put themselves in situations like this on purpose out of some sort of massochism whether it be conscious or sub-conscious why didd they have her phone number and email ? my ex even as an adult shes now 32 cant leave the house without getting beat up or raped and yes the perp isnt excused but any person of normal intelligence can avoid trouble 99.9 % of the time

That is so lame, what is so bad is that people do get by with this shit all the time. I heard a true story about a special needs boy in the US who kept getting picked on, these guys that bullied him lured him to their house, then they shot him with pellet guns and held him down and tattooed "poop" on his butt (real tattoo) and they didnt get in trouble. The mother of the bullies said "it was just a joke". Heeellloooo people. Being a bully and assaulting another person should be a crime that deserves jail time and goes on your permanent record. Some people are douche bags!
